I am a physician leader with experience and expertise in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (most notably Stroke Rehabilitation, Non Traumatic Brain Injury and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation), osteopathic manipulative medicine, and integrative wellness. Combined with my previous experience in healthcare research and health care information technology, I possess purpose driven leadership, communication, project management, and process improvement skills.
My passions in the healthcare arena are related to stroke and cardiovascular risk reduction & prevention, integrative wellness, mindfulness, compassionate doctoring, and fostering empathy and purpose driven healthcare environments.
In the wider community, I am most passionate about inspiring a "total wellness" approach to health and promoting a sense of purpose and value in young people.
