Ph.D. Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

I am a physician leader with experience and expertise in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (especially Stroke Rehabilitation, Non Traumatic Brain Injury and Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation), osteopathic manipulative medicine, and integrative wellness. Combined with my previous experience in healthcare research and health care information technology, I possess purpose driven leadership, communication, project management, and process improvement skills.

My passions in the healthcare arena are related to stroke and cardiovascular risk reduction & prevention, integrative wellness, mindfulness, compassionate doctoring, and fostering empathy and purpose driven healthcare environments.

In the wider community, I am most passionate about inspiring a "total wellness" approach to health and promoting a sense of purpose and value in young people.
